For Customers Purchasing Discounted Coupons
Welcome to The Coupons! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our platform for purchasing and redeeming discount coupons.
This Agreement complies with British Columbia laws, including the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (BPCPA) and Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
An individual or entity purchasing discounted coupons from the Platform
The Coupons online e-commerce portal, owned and operated by the Company
A business or individual offering services or goods through the Platform
A digital or physical voucher purchased by a customer that entitles them to specific discounts or services provided by Vendors
By purchasing a coupon or using the Platform, Customers agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If a customer does not agree to these terms, they must not use the Platform.
Customers must: Be at least 18 years of age. Provide accurate and complete information during the registration and purchase process.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion if a violation of these terms occurs.
Coupons are valid only for the services or goods explicitly mentioned on the coupon. Coupons can only be redeemed with the specified Vendor.
All coupons have an expiry date, clearly mentioned on the coupon. Expired coupons are not eligible for redemption, extension, or refund, except where prohibited by law.
Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated. Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
The Vendor is solely responsible for fulfilling the services or goods associated with the coupon. The Company is not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of Vendor services or goods.
The price of each coupon is displayed on the Platform and is inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Customers must pay for coupons using approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal). Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment gateway.
Refund requests must be submitted within [7/14] days of purchase. Refunds will only be granted if the coupon has not been redeemed and if the request complies with the Company’s Refund Policy. Refunds may not apply to certain promotional or limited time offers.
Customers must contact the Company to resolve disputes before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
Customers must provide truthful and accurate information during registration and coupon redemption.
Customers must use the Platform and coupons in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in British Columbia.
Customers must engage respectfully with Vendors and the Company. Abusive or fraudulent behavior may result in account suspension.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and is not liable for technical issues or outages.
The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or dissatisfaction arising from Vendor services or goods. Any disputes related to services or goods must be resolved directly with the Vendor.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims arising from their misuse of the Platform or coupons.
The Company will handle Customer data in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and its Privacy Policy.
Customers agree to the collection, use, and storage of their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions with 30 days’ notice.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration in British Columbia.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.

However, we acknowledge that some parts of this website may not currently be fully compatible with screen readers or other assistive technologies used by blind or visually impaired individuals.
